  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is scanned for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
